When my lady and I moved here, we were looking for a quite place to call home and got just that. Not only is it spacious and clean, the people around us are so friendly. We are so pleased to be here and love the managing team of Dallas, Izzy & Destiny. They make us feel so heard and always welcome us with a smile. There team is extremely responsive and the amenities are great. They also have fun events every month that keep the community engaged. We are so happy to call this our home.

Great place to call home
My boyfriend and I moved to Maystone at Wakefield 9 months ago. We moved from NYC and this was our first apartment together, so we were pretty excited. On our move in day we decided to do a full walk through of the apartment and we noticed that it was very clean. Living here has been amazing, the community is quiet and clean, everyone in the leasing office is extremely welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, there's monthly community events, the pool, gym and one of the dog parks (there are... two) are super close to my apartment, and the community is very dog friendly. I've met a bunch of my neighbors that have dogs, which is great because I also have a dog. I sometimes bring my dog to the leasing office, and everyone in the leasing office gives are so much attention, and she loves it.

Great and peaceful place
Peaceful and clean community. Never had a maintenance issue in a year. Apartment was handed to me in an excellent condition. Leasing office staff super friendly and helpful.

The Truth
I have been a resident through the last 4.5 yrs. It is an incredibly well-kept, quiet property that any person will be proud/happy to come home to. You cannot beat the size and quality for the price in this area. :)

I love it here!
I just moved in recently and so far I am loving it! Izzy helped me through the application process and made everything so easy for me. My apartment looked great when I moved in and I am so excited I found such a great place in this area for such a great price.
