Don’t move here, maintenance is terrible and the leasing professionals in the leasing office attitudes are disgusting

The apartment complex its self is nice and the floor plans are nice but the management team makes it essentially impossible to enjoy living there. Due to that I would not recommend anyone to live there.

The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, with the lake just steps away, perfect for daily walks or unwinding after a long day.
The apartments are spacious, filled with natural light, and feature modern finishes that truly make it feel like home. The office team is incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living.
What really sets this... community apart is the level of care and customer service. Everyone here is committed to creating a positive experience for residents. Highly recommend View at Lake Lynn to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed place to call home.

The grounds are looking great and continue to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, some residents care less about cleaning up after themselves at the playground.
If the gnat/fruit fly issue could be resolved, maybe treating the outdoors around the lake, I would give View 5 stars. Also, think you should know, last night I heard 3 gunshots outside my back deck.
