Office staff is great. Jerome is quick to respond with maintenance needs. Neighbors are friendly. Nice & quiet here. So far I am glad I moved here.

I’ve been a resident of Hamilton Ridge for over six years. It’s such a nice community & the neighbors are even nicer. It’s right outside of downtown Raleigh & in walking distance of Crabtree Valley Mall. It’s a great neighborhood, overall!

We are thrilled to have chosen to apply for an apartment with Hamilton Ridge as our new home and highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a luxury living experience for a reasonable price! The amenities and features included stand out from all other complexes we have looked into and adds so much convenience our daily lives and enjoy the benefits of living in the city such as a car washing & detailing station and our dog, Kevin is a HUGE fan of their dog park which is conveniently... located in the center of the neighborhood for all pet owners to have easy access for their dogs to run free. Their apartments also allow for cozy and easy living with the wood burning fireplace in the living room and high-quality kitchen appliances and even FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in every unit!
