Cleanliness Valentine is very close to campus and is a very convenient living place but the upkeeping and urgency of clear emergencies such as broken glass and spilled things in the elevator being left for 3 days makes me not want to live here. I have noticed mold in the window seals in my apartment in several rooms and when trying to get someone to come out and look they said “it’s not an emergency” as it has been growing for a while now. Looking at other places has been very easy due to the... lack of concern and problems that has occurred in my short time here.

Didn’t do anything They thought that my window in my room had mold which I already cleaned and told them that. Then he just left and didn’t do anything to the mold on the living room windows which is what I had requested maintenance for.

Good location, so-so amenities Apartment is a great location for students but there is a lot that doesn’t work. AC units aren’t the best (when they work they’re great), elevators break down every now and then which sucks for people on upper floors, and the gym has no AC making it hotter and more humid than outside. Plus they have a whole other gym which is seemingly closed off for no reason (at least one that was provided). Bad communication and lack of proper maintenance is the biggest... complaint, but it’s cheaper than the other complexes nearby and in a good distance to school.
