Maintenance Request My request was complete and the issue was fixed, however was completed over a week late (most likely due to the holiday, which I understand). I wrote in my request to please call my cell phone before coming to my apartment as I work night shifts as registered nurse and sometimes am sleeping odd hours on days that I am working. I was not called. Luckily, I was not home and was not sleeping. I wish that this detail in my request was honored in the event that I was asleep during... the time they knocked and had entered my unit.

Maintenance just cancelled my request twice I alerted maintenance that an exterior door was broken and won’t unlock with the butterfly system and they just cancelled the request. Absolute slap in the face from this management company.

Great Community!
I have LOVED the edition, the staff are super helpful and quickly address any questions or concerns I have. The property is kept very clean and any other tenants I have met have been very friendly. If you are coming to Raleigh I definitely recommend taking a look here!
