Things seem to be improving somewhat still need to be faster about answering emails and the phone at the office. Fixing things could be a little faster also. Don't understand why rent goes up when I am in the same apartment and nothing changes in it

Absolutely hate it here. Don’t have new mailbox key, never given amenity key fob, can’t wait for lease to end to leave and never come back. All complaints have been ignored, service requests ignored, -100 stars.

My apartment is nice but my neighbor smokes constantly and my apartment smells like cigarettes on a constant. I have talked to someone about this and have heard nothing back.

I haven't had many issues living here for the last 4 years. Maintenance can be slow at times, but I've been reimbursed for my troubles. These are older apartments, but issues are fixable. I enjoy the community and I love my apartment!

I have had issues since I've moved in regarding my correct rent payment. I have been charged for insurance while still having provided proof in JANUARY, that I have my own effective 1/1/25. I am now told that this money cannot be reimbursed since Management has changed.
The inconvenience of the mailboxes is ridiculous!
