The maintenance team's performance has been entirely unacceptable, characterized by a blatant disregard for my time and a lack of professional accountability. After taking a day off work for a 9:00 AM appointment to finish my bathtub, the worker never showed up and later had the audacity to deny the appointment even existed. This carelessness extends to their physical work; not only did he missed the entire sections of paint near the faucet, but he actually caused a hole in my bathroom wall... while scraping the tub. Furthermore, management continues to ignore to fix a large scratch on my kitchen counter that was caused by their own crew before I even moved in. It is deeply frustrating to live in a space where the 'maintenance' team consistently drops tools on surfaces and creates new damages instead of resolving existing issues.

Wonderful I just love my new HOME…and that’s just what it is, not an apartment and not a house. Very spacious and the staff here is over the top. You feel welcomed on your first visit to the leasing office, and they talk to YOU and not like just another applicant. I will refer this place to anyone that is looking.
