After nearly four years of on-time rent payments, this rental company consistently failed to address legitimate maintenance issues. Within the first year, vinyl laminate flooring began peeling at the edges. Multiple maintenance requests were submitted, but tickets were repeatedly closed without repair or explanation. The flooring continued to deteriorate. Later, the air-conditioning in the upstairs unit leaked, causing ceiling damage. This issue was reported and documented, but the maintenance... request was again closed with no response or repair. When I declined lease renewal, management suddenly offered to negotiate rent and stated the flooring could be repaired—demonstrating that repairs were possible but previously ignored. After move-out, the company claimed I owed $113 without providing any explanation. Multiple requests for clarification have gone unanswered. This company repeatedly closes maintenance requests without resolution, fails to communicate with tenants, and only responds when financially motivated. I have photos documenting the unresolved damage. Prospective renters should be aware of these issues.
