Great place to live been here 7 yrs and still quiet and convenient to get to everywhere in Raleigh. Lawns stay cut and they just recently painted the hallways and the look wonderful.

The experience here is pretty good. Not perfect, but there is probably no place that will hit that mark. The service team always comes when asked and it always considerate. The leasing team is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Just a few issues with folks across the railroad track walking through the community. The value here is great.

I love living at legacy north pointe i been living here 10 years now . The staff here is the best . If u every have any questions that need to be answered they always help you . The maintenance department is the best you have any issues they fix it that same day. The complex is always clean the people here are great. Great place to live with your kids and family.
