Great location, exceptional staff. Great facilities.

Cortland Midtown East is a great place to live. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the building offers nice amenities like a fitness center and entertainment area. The management team is also friendly and responsive, making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s comfortable, convenient and a safe place to call home.

I most recently moved into Cortland in December and while the apartments are nice the resident experience is TERRIBLE!!! The hallways are disgusting they’re never cleaned and when speaking to the office they said the hallways are only cleaned once a year!!!! The trash filled and stained hallways are just one instance of how they don’t care about the resident experience. The grounds outside are also dirty.

To add to the horrible hallways and grounds the package locker was broken for several... months and tons of my packages were stolen. The mail room is not fob accessible ANYONE from the street can just walk in and take your packages. This area definitely should have some type of security/ fob system but it doesn’t . Yet another way Cortland fails at resident experience.
The last straw for me and what caused me to write this review was over the weekend when my bathroom toilet was continuously leaking in my apartment and wouldn’t stop I reached out to the emergency maintenance line. I then waited several hours and had to mop every 5-10 mins to prevent my entire apartment from flooding and no one ever came. I called the emergency maintenance line around 11:30 pm on a Friday someone didn’t call me back until 6 am the next morning after I called the maintenance line again very angry at around 5am. I then submitted a request ticket for a call back from management to discuss my terrible customer experience , they resolved my ticket in the office without a call. Cortland Midtown Estate is a nice community. I love the amenities, including the dog park that I use often, the movie theatre, gym and free coffee. The management staff is wonderful, Paige, Samantha and Jenna are amazing!

I have enjoyed living at Cortland Midtown East for the past year. It is a lovely, well-maintained community with great amenities, an excellent staff, and a prime location. It is close to everything and yet tucked away and very walkable and pet friendly. The pool areas are gorgeous. I highly recommend to people wanting a midtown residence.
