Cortland Glenwood South is right in the heart of Raleigh and walking distance to everything, including being an elevator ride to Publix! The amenities are impressive for an apartment building inclusive of a spacious fitness center and pool area. The grills have been recently replaced, I just wish you could use the grills past 9:00 PM! Overall a good place to live.

The structure of the building lends itself to a quiet living experience. It is so solid. Riding an elevator to the grocery store can’t be beat. The office staff is consistently going above and beyond to help make the residents comfortable.
