Run don’t walk from this Apartment Complex!!

I’ve watched someone close to me deal with horrible conditions at this apartment complex. They’ve had a roach issue for months yet management charges for pest control and has never actually sent anyone to spray. On top of that, broken appliances go unfixed, emails get ignored, and there’s zero accountability. No one should have to live like this. Her last resort is to report the property to the city or get legal help involved. This is beyond unacceptable.

Please read for your own safety

Living here has been frustrating due to ongoing security and maintenance issues. The front gate has been broken since I moved in back in October, and despite new management taking over around the same time, nothing has changed. There are no cameras around the building, making security a major concern. On top of that, it took months just to get my mailbox situation resolved, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times on basic repairs, like getting the lights in my unit fixed. Management is... unresponsive, and issues that should be addressed quickly drag on for months. If you're considering moving here, be prepared for constant delays and a lack of urgency when it comes to resident concerns.

Pick somewhere else

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are roaches everywhere, the gate works sometimes, no security cameras, inconsistent office hours, pool is closed half the summer, there's trash on the ground that stays there for months. Poorly done apartment cabinets and finishings. Seems like the appearance of the front of the complex is more attended to than the actual community. Kids are loud and unsupervised in the gym. Generally feel unsafe walking around the complex. Gym equipment does not consistently work.... Balcony by the pool with lounge chairs that you cant use. People steal packages from your front door. Front desk staff is nice but they have no control over what management mandates. 50$ fee to pay rent online is outrageous. Get out while you can!

Terrible

I have had the absolute worst experience living here. The communication from the management team is non-existent, and when they do finally respond, they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and when they finally do show up, it's clear they don’t care or know how to actually fix anything. I once put in a request for pest control due to cockroach infestation and the person who came to address the situation literally took a can of raid and sprayed it... in the corners of the place. He didn’t even spray the entire unit. The staff, including the property manager, and regional manager, are more concerned about squeezing every last dollar out of you than providing decent service.

They charge exorbitant prices for out of date appliances and units that are nowhere near worth the rent they demand. The property is a mess—dogs are constantly off-leash, and the place is always trashy and junky-looking. My neighbors have had a rotting couch on their patio for over eight months, and nothing has been done about it.

This place is a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
