We are glad that you will ensure no one smokes or vapes inside or on the balcony, your credit score is at least 635, your debt-to-income ratio is 55% or less, you haven't had any prior evictions, collections, charge-offs, or judgements, and you are not an undergraduate.
How Applying Works
First, you will come and take a look at the condo in person. (We aren't doing virtual tours.)
Then, fill out an application on ML Sullivan's website. You'll email copies of your current, valid photo ID and 2 recent pay stubs for verification and submit the application fee, which is $100, not refundable.
Once you've submitted everything, the application fee will be charged and your application will be processed.
From there, we allow 24 hours for application approval, and once approved, you will have 24 hours to review and sign the lease, and then another 24 hours to make a deposit to hold the home until move-in.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for applications submitted to third party sites, nor any application fees or deposits paid elsewhere.
At Move-In
Don't forget to sign up for the required Buildium Tenant Liability Coverage. We are able to provide this renter's insurance coverage for you at a low cost of $14.99 per month (or portion of a month.)
Things to Know
The HOA is making major improvements throughout the community.
They are replacing roofs on all buildings this year, so you may see blue tarps where that work is in progress. The roofs are not leaking; they are being replaced! The HOA also has work orders to address paint that is chipped on the siding.
