Monthly Rent: $1499
Security Deposit: One month of rent based on credit approval
Monthly Fees: $50 community fee
Administrative Fee: $25 due at move-in
Renters Insurance Fee: $15/lease holder/month
Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month

*12-month lease terms offered. If lease term starts from November to February, we reserve the right to offer a 16-month lease term.

**Please note that for rent free specials, the rent price is the only fee excluded from initial move-in costs. The security deposit, additional monthly fees, and move-in fees still require payment when moving in.
