She’s a Georgia Bulldog through and through! Born and raised in Atlanta, Lexie graduated from the University of Georgia, College of the Environment and Design with a degree in Landscape Architecture. While creating landscape design plans for both residential and commercial projects, she soon realized that what she does best is listening to customers, determining what they are really looking for and then finding that “perfect” solution. This skill set is what has made Lexie successful in her real estate career, which began in 2007 in the Atlanta market. Working as a team for Coldwell Banker’s Top Sales Agent, Lexie learned from the best and even though Atlanta’s real estate market was depressed in 2008, her team sold over $61 million that year! Fast forward to 2010 when Lexie married Raleigh native, Wesley Batchelor. They are proud parents of Bailey and Burnie and Raleigh is definitely their forever home! Living in Drewry Hills, Lexie specializes in in-town living. She joined the Glenwood Agency in 2010 and in 2018 she alone generated sales of $18+million. Lexie is thrilled to now be a partner at Dogwood Properties and to bring her strong work ethic and her knowledge of the community to further enhance the client's experience at Dogwood.
