It’s a nice place to call it home. We have a nice neighborhood. Everything is near by including the bus stop. It is noise free zone, you can hardly hear any sounds from the outside.

Since we moved here, we've had a good living experience. Making us want to keep renewing our lease. this community it's very safe, we had recommended couple friends to move here. And when they moved out they had good experience. Hope community stays in good shape. Thank you

Maintenance is extremely poor. It takes 2-3 months to complete a work order. I have been leaving this company for the past 3.5 years. Every time I inquire about the estimated time of completion for a work order, the staff will inform me that they are understaffed.

location location location. Indian groceries, restaurants, park, play area, airport, gocary bus stop, all are nearby. the property itself is large and very suitable for morning / evening walk. Car dependency is very low.
