Very awful experience here. This place looks decent on the outside, but don't fall to the deception. Staff are very unhelpful and do not listen if there are problems. Apartments are pretty low end - appliances, countertops, etc. Very little cabinet space. Check your apartment thoroughly for damage when moving in - there likely will be some. Also, expect to have lots of bugs - especially cockroaches. Community has pretty frequent car break ins, and some apartment break ins. Community children run... around dangerously. They throw rocks at cars and buildings. Dog poop is all over the complex. Cars are always going around speeding around the dangerous corners and blasting music causing your apartment to pound and shake because of the bass. You are forced to pay for their Spectrum cable package even if you don't want to use it. Valet trash is required and more expensive than any other apartment I have seen. Apartment policies are rarely forced, so dogs are often not on leashes, owners don't clean up dog waste, people keep grills on their patios, trash bins are in hallways, trash bags are in hallways not in bins. I currently live in Camden Westwood for almost a year now. The neighborhood itself is nice and is in a great location! Minutes away from I-540, research triangle and more. Most of the staff is great! Hendricks is really great! I would speak to him if possible. The rent in my opionion is a little pricey but you're paying more for the location than anything. Overall I have enjoyed my stay but will be moving due to rent price

Camden Westwood apartments are truly beautiful and affordable apartment. The apartments are new and upgraded apartment that fit all the tenants needs. The apartments have have a full package deal with the rent. The package includes cable, internet, garbage disposal, and water included in the rent. Plus, the staff is really great. The staff is always on time and capable of fixing and helping any needs involving maintenance in the apartment.
