Great place to live. Close to things in Mooresville town.. close to the lake.. Davidson is 10 minutes away for a walk around the shops.
I`ve not had any issues since moving in. Summer is around the corner and the landscaping has just been done.. it looks neat and tidy!

Many of the amenities don't work or are in need of replacements for the two years I have lived here. Very little communication from the property management office.

I love it here! Everyone is so kind and understanding and help me when I need it. The location is nice. I’m still in Mooresville but don’t have to deal with all the Mooresville traffic on a daily. I love the amenities, especially the dog wash station (it definitely has made it easy to clean my husky when he gets all muddy). The noise level is so low I barely hear any of my neighbors. It’s always clean!
