I have lived in Avana Landing for almost 8 years and have been very happy here. I’ve looked at other apartment communities, trying to find one with lower rent, but none of them have had the mature trees and beautiful landscaping as we have. I have had very few maintenance requests in all these years, but the few I’ve had have been taken care of promptly.

I can see improvements being made in the community on the grounds and in the office. All in all, I've lived here many years and it's a great location and nice apartments. I have enjoyed my many years of living here even though I've seen a lot of changes some good and some bad. I would definitely recommend renting from Avanalanding. The office is very quick to listen to your concerns and make fast changes. Very nice and professional. The maintenance is really great here too.
