I can see improvements being made in the community on the grounds and in the office. All in all, I've lived here many years and it's a great location and nice apartments. I have enjoyed my many years of living here even though I've seen a lot of changes some good and some bad. I would definitely recommend renting from Avanalanding. The office is very quick to listen to your concerns and make fast changes. Very nice and professional. The maintenance is really great here too.

avana landing is definitely a great choice to live in around this busy and fast-growing area. i would definitely recommend it as it's quiet and feels safes. the property offers many amenities that is definitely more than enough for me. i also love that we are near many grocery stores, coffee shops, and places to eat!

Avana Landing is a great place for college students! They have so many different spaces that are good for a variety of people and situations! Their staff is great at communicating and handling issues when needed! Id definitely recommend if you're looking!
