Best place to rent!

No Breed Restriction
I HIGHLY suggest not moving to this apartment unless you want to feel unsafe or take a chance your dog being bit by a Pitbull. This complex has had MULTIPLE attacks where large pits have attacked smaller dogs because their owners do not know how to raise them and can’t control them. This apartment refuses to put breed restrictions and is doing nothing to further prevent other attacks. I have never felt so unsafe

Great place to live!
I've lived here about six months and have loved it! There are going to be complaints when you put a number of people together in any apartment complex, but the staff have addressed them immediately without complaint. I'm older and have an older dog and we have been made to feel welcome at every turn. Many of the residents are in the Marines, Navy, DOD, etc., and it is an honor to live among America's finest. Not many people get this experience, living this close to the ocean and to a whole host... of restaurants and grocery stores. For location and amenities this place can't be beat!

Really Friendly
Customer service is great. The staff helped me move In while I was deployed and was always there if I needed anything. Super helpful on answering any questions that I had. Very welcoming community!
