We moved in on February 28th , and from the time we came to apply and up until now I can see that I have received excellent customer service from the orientation to move in date. Maintenance has only came over once , and it was the Maintenance Manager and he was pleasant. The Team has so far been helpful and they are very up to date, the communicate with email and text and respond fairly quickly to your needs.

I really do not enjoy living here. We were under a time crunch and lived in another state, so we couldn't check out the place in person beforehand. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. They got us our apartment very quickly. The place is expensive for what you get. It's so much better priced than most of the other apartments because of the apartment size. It's still not worth the price though.

The water is hardly ever hot (unless you use it in the middle of the night). It takes a few minutes... for it to get hot in the kitchen as well. The water pressure is also a let down. It's so low, even after getting maintenance to come in to fix it. The walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everything going on from upstairs or even outside. It's worse if your neighbors are very noisy all the time. This place is cheap at best.

Although it's not the best place to live at, it's in a very convenient spot. You're close to stores, shopping centers, and restaurants. There's a park nearby.

Overall, I do not recommend living here. It's pricey for what you get. I recommend checking the water when taking a tour of the apartments. Keep in mind that the walls and floors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors. The apartments are in a nice location. The staff is great. Read More

The location of the apartment is very convenient, but they way they’re responding to the pandemic is ridiculous. The amount of people doing “inspections” in the apartment put me at worry for my health. The front office staff is very well and helpful, all except for one who is very unprofessional, not rude but unprofessional. The quality of the apartment is subpar for what you’re paying as well.

Finishing up our second year living here and love it! Close to everything such as grocery stores, restaurants! Management has been great with us, very helpful people with kind hearts! Maintence gets our work orders done when we need them done. Close to parks if you have children also a pond walking distance! I go for a run everyday near here it's so nice!
