Solis boasts an incredible location, limited community size, gorgeous apartment homes and exceptional amenities. Also, a terrific management team. Very important to me. Solis Birkdale has a very unique, Uptown appeal, however, suburban, and so close to Lake Norman. I also appreciate the security of our building and very secure, optional parking deck.

Solis Birkdale is amazing. I toured many apartments and they were by far the best in every category. It feels like luxury to live here. The staff is absolutely incredible. They are so kind whenever I see them and always quick with the help I need. They are such a joy to see and so helpful with everything. The maintenance guy is also incredible. I put in a request and within hours it was fixed. They made sure I was comfortable with everything and I appreciated that. They do a lot of parties and... events for us to all meet each other and they provide stuff for it. Overall it's such a nice place to live with the best staff ever. I would recommend to anyone!
Jexavier is amazing so knowledgeable and patient he go step by step with the process he is a good asset to the company

Amazing Residence
