I would give zero stars if that was an option! These apartments are TERRIBLE when it comes to noise! That’s all you get living here! There is very loud trucks at ALL hours and you can hear it inside your unit. The constant beeping noise when you’re trying to sleep is extremely irritating! You can hear sirens, traffic, garbage trucks pushing dumpsters, dogs barking. It truly never ends!!!!! Huntersville is not the same anymore! This city and apartments are a DUMP!!!!!!

Trash at the park
Worst apartments I have ever lived at when it comes to noise! I can hear dogs barking from the other buildings all the time! It becomes so draining hearing them bark while their owners don’t do a thing about it! Very careless people living here! All you get living here is a headache from the dogs and extremely loud trucks! Once you are sleeping you wake up to trucks after 3:00 AM like they are inside your place. Apparently, garbage trucks pushing dumpsters is allowed in this DUMP!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Construction and garbage trucks every single night 3:00-5:30 AM waking everyone up! Extremely loud and it’s been going on this past year! Haven’t been able to sleep well with this going on DAILY!

Very noisy
You can hear the neighbors dog barking at all hours! Very loud trucks and vehicles where it sounds like rush hour traffic within your unit. It never ends!!!! Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Construction Dump
I regret signing a lease here. It seemed nice at first but it’s been anything but that with one thing after another! The AC is terrible here and always breaking down! Couldn’t agree more with the recent reviews. The buildings here were so poorly built on many levels. The noise levels are TERRIBLE! Many sleepless nights! I can hear everything in the parking lot, streets nearby, construction that never ends, drilling by the sidewalks that sounds like it’s inside my apartment! Dogs barking... throughout the property. Again, with recent other reviews - I couldn’t agree more. The events are fun here but besides that, living here has been miserable. And when I spoke to other neighbors, they also mentioned they can hear construction and the loud trucks. This is happening even at night with a garbage truck driving on Kincey - waking everyone up! Management doesn’t care to resolve these issues that many tenants have been complaining about! Read all the reviews to see what’s really happening. I am looking forward to the day I get out of here. It’s that bad!
