I've lived here for over a year with my husband and dog. I am so so so thrilled with the level of professionalism and service.

LOCATION: Perfectly located off exit 23 between Cornelius and Charlotte. Located in the park, the property is off a giant wooded circle. It's secluded and quiet but across the street from Harris Teeter, McDonald's, Publix, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants and shops. The only bummer is since we are so close to 77, it can get backed up at rush hour.

FRONT OFFICE... STAFF: Lisa, the general manager, is absolutely fantastic. I have had a couple minor issues and she has them fixed before I ever leave the office. I always bring my dog in there to say hello and no matter how busy she is, she always makes time to listen to any concerns I have just see how I'm doing. She truly cares about her residents and has a terrific team. Michelle is also great! I had some ants that were coming in from under the front door and the same day I had a maintenance man replacing the weather stripping AND someone spraying for bugs. I also mentioned that my dog was small enough to fit through the bars in the dog park and a few weeks later, they had installed a mesh lining so she (And all the other little pups) could enjoy it too. Now, THAT is customer service!

PROPERTY AND AMENITIES: The amenities are great! Free Starbucks coffee, fitness classes, tons of activities, dog park, valet trash, pool, and free breakfast every day. The pool and outdoor entertainment area are really nice as well. The property is beautiful and always so quiet! The only downside is parking, which fills up fast after work hours but Lisa has been working on getting that under control. I lived at Waterford in Huntersville, NC for a little over a year. Had to move from first apartment due to flooding and my rent went up. Time to renew lease and rent went up again. They were always sending out notices to not do this or that or there would be consequences. Nothing was ever done. Not much privacy as you can here everything (and I mean everything) from the upstairs neighbors. 2 bedroom apartments only have 2 closets (1 in each bedroom). LOTS of constant road noise, all... day/every day. Clubhouse parties and gatherings hosted by the staff every week are a waste as no one ever goes. Dog park is a joke and the doggie dump stations are always full and most of the time the waste bags are empty. There are better places to live (as I have moved to one) and much cheaper. They truly get the ideal that customer service is key, The office staff is top shelf and the service department understand the value of treating residents as there personal guess. The extras are we have community events that keeps us feeling a closeness unlike any place I've lived...

This apartment complex is great for someone who is new to the city. Located just outside of the city lines, fine dining and fun nights on the town are minutes away. State of the art gym makes keeping in shape a breeze with an amazing salt water pool to relax and grill. The Staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help and make sure your stay goes with no problem. Constant clubhouse parties and gatherings hosted by the staff themselves, make for great social events for the residents.

Nervous and not sure about where to rent an apartment? Look no further, these apartment buildings are luxurious and spacious. Being a first time apartment renter myself and not knowing the basics of it all. This community has provided me with impeccable service as well as 24 hour maintenance. These apartments are snuggled in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere as well as a beautiful scenery location. It is literally seconds away from the hospital, police station and local grocery stores. Not to forget... to mention the amazing 360 gym facility included with a personal trainer. Everything that you need is only seconds away with no traffic and a dog friendly complex.
