I have had a good experience with relocating from asheboro,nc to Greensboro,nc to the Madison at Adam’s farm the transition was smooth and fast and easy the office staff was very helpful when I had questions about my move . The neighborhood is very quiet until you see kids and when the weekend arrives then it’s a lot of activity occurring but not for long , so I feel like I’m on a vacation when residing here but I know it’s home and not a vacation but I will most definitely recommend the Madison... at Adam’s farm to anyone that’s looking to relocate

Thank you for your feedback. We did recently experience an isolated incident where a water line was damaged during work performed by Duke Energy, which impacted a small number of garden-style homes.
Our team responded immediately to address the issue... , complete repairs, and support the residents affected. Situations like this are not typical of the community, and we take them seriously when they occur.
