You don’t want me to give you an honest feedback because it is not good. Adams Farm used to be one of the best communities to live in. Right now, three months in it seems to me that what is projected externally is not the reality internally. Pool is closed all the time, basketball court is unusable and needs to be renovated. Apartments look good superficially but are outdated when it comes to essentials like HVAC. I am hopeful that my experience can improve but as of right now I am very... disappointed.

We are actively pressure washing and have plans to renovate the basketball court and remaining amenities by... year-end. As for the pool, most closures have been due to resident misuse, but we’re working hard to keep it open and clean.

My husband and I originally liked living here after we moved here from Ohio. However, after many issues and poor management/service, we cannot wait to move into the house we just bought. It’s a shame because the community is lovely, the area is ideal, and our apartment is adorable. It could be a very lovely place to live.
