No one here cares about anything. I've had multiple sink leaks that took weeks to have repaired, air conditioning goes in and out, and bugs everywhere. If you try to call for maintenance, no one answers. If you get lucky and they pick up, you get a vague answer about how they'll "contact you when a time has been set." You don't get contacted. No time is ever set. No one looks at their online maintenance requests either, I've had multiple requests in since February and they took at least two... months to get a response--and that was with me harassing them almost daily. I did like this place a lot when I moved in, but my opinion has taken a change for the worse. There's a spider problem. Every time it rains, the sidewalks become dangerously slippery with mud and silt, and pool/puddle up. The outside lights along those sidewalks are burned out at intervals and haven't been replaced in months as far as I can tell. We've had multiple leaks and broken pipes inside one year. And now? Rent increase.

Had construction going on outside my apartment for 6 months. Which I was not made aware was going to happen when I signed my lease.
I've had stuff stolen from a vehicle.
I asked for a repair on the tub two months ago and never got a response.
People are in an out of your apartment as fast as they can put a note on your door and a "reason" to come in.

Now you want to raise my rent? This experience has been anything but good. And listen... I would have no problem paying more if my... experience was good; it's not about the money.. As a young professional who has it together take my word and go somewhere else.

3 years in Greensboro, 3 different places I've lived and this is the only one I renewed my lease on. Grounds are pretty, it's easy to get anywhere. Apartment is very nice and very reasonably priced. Manager knows you and is congenial. My only problem is the limited office hours. No weekend hours means if you can't get home in time to pick up a package, you have to wait til Monday. Well, that and no pool.
