I would not recommend living at Lakes at Lincoln Apartments. We have lived here for almost two years, and the experience has been beyond frustrating.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of access to amenities that we are paying for. Not once in the entire time we’ve lived here have either of the pools been open or usable. This has been an ongoing issue since the day we moved in, yet there has been no communication, no real resolution, and absolutely no compensation or rent credit for... something that is clearly advertised as part of the community.
The laundry facilities are just as bad. In one of the laundry rooms, there are around 8–10 dryers, but typically only 2 actually work. The rest are constantly “out of order” or shut down for maintenance, making it incredibly inconvenient for residents who rely on them.
These problems have been consistent for nearly two years with little to no improvement. Management continues to collect full rent while failing to provide basic amenities and services.
If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. It’s not worth paying for things you’ll never actually be able to use!

Terrible management
Terrible management. Will take a month’s worth of maintenance requests to get your AC fixed in 80+ degree weather and over two months to get anything pest related scheduled for your unit. Office does not communicate with residents. You either have to go in person or call all day to find out anything/get anything done

I have lived at Lakes at Lincoln for just about 4 years and I have no issues. I’ve needed maintenance twice for small issues and they were available with no delay.
