Terrible management. Will take a month’s worth of maintenance requests to get your AC fixed in 80+ degree weather and over two months to get anything pest related scheduled for your unit. Office does not communicate with residents. You either have to go in person or call all day to find out anything/get anything done

I have lived at Lakes at Lincoln for just about 4 years and I have no issues. I’ve needed maintenance twice for small issues and they were available with no delay.

made multiple requests to fix several items in the unit, the management just use any excuses to delay or ignore my requests. It has been more than a month now, still...

This property is good.
I have been here since 2010. I have loved it here. Office staff and neighbors have been friendly and respectful. Maintenance has responded quickly to issues.

where do I begin
moved in sept. 11th 2024 A/C hasn't worked since I've been here, over a month but don't need it now it's October. Window screen bedroom busted took 2 weeks to fix! A lot of rain since I moved in... laundry room area off kitchen water seeps in thru floor must be foundation issues. Put in numerous work order request nothing done. Now there is a mold issue also reported. Nothing done??? taking care of it myself need, a place to live, can't afford to move again, just moved here from New Hampshire. I... guess I should have realized because when trying to move here the lack of communication was horrible. property management team not very helpful... Changed my apartment # 3 times in a month the last one coming the day before I was to move in and was half way there. I had no other recourse but to move in and try to make things work which, I did but around every corner a new issue with no support from staff on the ground. Neighbor women moving out when I moved in told me that I'm like the 4th person in 4 years to have moved into this apartment... Wish I could start over I wouldn't have moved here, nor recommend it to anyone. DON'T MOVE HERE !!!
