Utilities are as follows: Water is through the city of Greensboro, and is submetered and billed back to resident for usage; electricity is through Duke Energy and is paid for by resident. Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $1075
Security Deposit: One month of rent based on credit approval
Monthly Fees: $20 for pest control and trash removal
Administrative Fee: $25 due at move-in
Renters Insurance Fee: $15/lease holder/month
Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month

*12-month lease terms offered. If lease term starts from November to February, we reserve the right to offer a 16-month lease term.
