I am from Bulgaria and came to the United States as a young adult. I quickly learned English so I could attend college. I began my career in Computer Science within the “dotcom” industry. Later, I transitioned to the Biotech field as a Molecular Biologist and Plant Geneticist. This background in science has given me important analytical skills and enforced my attention to detail, which are critical elements of a successful real estate transaction. Ten years ago, my husband and I started buying distressed homes to refurbish and rent out, adding property management to my list of services.
