There is a non-refundable administration fee of $75 per adult upon move in.

We do not accept co-signers

Pet Policy: with owner approval. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided. Pet Rent varies from $15-$35 depending on size of pet.
