Very nice in Clean, enjoy the area, neighbors are very nice, can't complain, answer my question says needed well maintenance area

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in, the entire unit was filthy — greasy cabinets, a fridge with a horrible smell, an oven caked with old grime, and dirt stuffed into the crevices of the washing machine. The floors were so sticky my shoes literally stuck to them.

Management did replace the oven and cleaned the kitchen, but it was still far from truly clean. The room housing the A/C unit was especially disgusting.

On top of that, packages go missing... here — yes, theft is a real issue. The common areas are just as bad, with dirty hallways littered with cigarette butts and even dirty socks.

We just moved in and during my walkthrough I pointed out items that needed immediate repairs to the Property Manager. She stated that I needed to submit work orders for repairs. I have submitted several work orders to get things fixed and I am still waiting for repairs. We shall see what happens next. So far I am still waiting and no response back yet from anyone.

Neighborhood looks well kept and clean in the parking lot. I do not see any roaches jumping from the walls or running. I see a fitness gym nearby. The neighborhood so far sounds quiet. I hope that it
is the same way at night.
I am happy that I do not have to pay for a concierge garbarge collection service that never takes place. I am happy to finally get a washer and dryer included unit to do laundry each week without having to hike 3 flights of stairs with 2 torn meniscus in my knees.
