The management team and the maintenance crew was very good when I needed something they was right on it my move in was smooth and professional I love it here I would recommend to everyone give them a try you want be disappointed.

Never rent
Please save your life and time never rent an apartment there. The management is careless and rude. I have placed work orders and it was never completed until I left but somehow it will show mark as completed. The manager and her assistant are rude as well as maintenance. Most of the building is full of old construction and infested with huge not stop roach. Tenants grill on the balcony dangerous to start a fire which will kill all of you. Again safe your time and run away from this place.

Just don't
I have lived here for over a year and have had issues from day one. The biggest was I was without air-conditioning for 5 weeks and was told there was no work order in, so I had to send screenshots to show they were put in. I am hoping to leave as soon as possible and warn people to just not bother with this place. The only purpose it serves is to be an example of places to never rent.

would not recommend
the apartments themselves are large and fine. however, management is an absolute nightmare. i have never gotten an email or phone call returned until i go in person even though the office is frequently closed. my work orders go weeks without acknowledgement. they notify us of problems like the pool being closed then never follow up with a resolution so we’re left guessing. my rent has gone up yet the charges are inconsistent and i never get a real reason why. if you’re looking for a decent... apartment that will drive you insane with managerial issues, this is the place for you!

Unprofessional management
The complex just switch to new management within the last few months. Since then the rent has went up, the pool was never opened, trash has piled up around the dumpster without being emptied. The mags get is rude and decided to tow my car for no reason. It was wrecked early July and while I’m waiting for the insurance to take over and fix it, she decided it was “too unpleasant” to sit in the parking lot where I live, where I pay rent. She cost me $480. DONT MOVE HERE
