This complex can’t keep consistent staff in the office. Issues are not addressed in a timely fashion, if at all. Key concerns only appear to be key when they are convenient for the current staff, at whatever time.

I've been living at these apartments for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and straightforward. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues that arise. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really shows that the management cares about the residents’ comfort.
The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I love the modern finishes,... ample natural lighting, and quiet atmosphere. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly.

My stay has been pleasant as I will have lived here for almost 2 years. I believe maintenence can improve and feedback should be given to tenants when a maintenence request or contractor job is not completed. I feel that no letter should be left at tenant door. If Leasing property going to enter apartment it should be sent by email/SMS. I had maintenence in my apartment when I came off vacation. Maintenence employee said he left note on my door, which I never received.
