I've been in these townhomes for 6 years now and I've been loving with mold the entire time. I'm now pregnant expecting a child and this is the 2nd time in 5 years they have come to cover the mold. Getting someone to fill a maintenance order is like pulling teeth. I've been without lightbulbs in my dining area for 2 months now which are supposed to be supplied by the landlords. If you are a handy person and can do your own maintenance this is the perfect place for you. A woman with a soon to be... newborn and a school age child. This place is not for you.
