I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment with my Fiance. So far everything is perfect! All of the appliances are new and nice, our dishwasher didn't work at first but they fixed it with no problems. The apartments are fully furnished as advertised, and while being pretty firm in the cushioning everything matches well and works so no complaints there. The apartments are clean, and easy to keep that way. The apartments also feature a pool, gym, and tech center in the clubhouse/admin building.... The pool is a wade in meaning that it starts at no depth and works its way gradually to four feet at the deepest point. The river access is not yet available to my knowledge but seems like it will be nice.
