I have such mixed feelings because my friends have lived here and had a wonderful experience for 2 years. It's part of why me and my roomies chose to live here. but we have had the opposite experience of landlord specials, cracked and leaking windows, broken utilities and roaches, and I'm really disappointed and upset now. Neighbors are lovely, the other buildings are great, I think we just got the worst apartment in the place though and I'm so upset it seems like nothing was fixed or checked... before any of us moved in. It's been a month and we still have a roach issue, none of the windows fixed, and we just keep finding more issues.

So far it has been a great experience! My favorite part of living here is definitely the pool. Also visitor parking is very convenient compared to some of the other apartment complexes nearby.
