Was great when I was there. Staff was nice and proactive. No loud parties and close enough to campus to walk when the weather was nice. If I could've stayed longer, I would of.

Amazing staff, very kind and very helpful. I love staying here, and don't plan to go anywhere anytime soon. Definitely plan to renew my lease next year.

Overall living here has been pretty great! There are a few things that could improve such as having one dumpster for the top buildings and the people who live in 331 having to make that walk to take trash and more visitor spots for the top buildings also, it’s almost impossible to find any after a certain time even during the summer and how the switch from wifi hasn’t been all that great and in my opinion still works about the same as the old one. Besides that I have no complaints and enjoyed... living here for the majority

Living here is really nice because the view of the mountains is amazing, and it has great places to see the stars at night. I really enjoy their events and all the free stuff and food they give out, and their competitions are really fun. I hope they do another room decor contest.

The Everson is such a welcoming place . Their motto is the resident is first . They have events happening all the time . They definitely go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable
