Honestly poor ventilation, higher rent than what it’s worth, moisture collects an insane amount, especially when i run my dryer. Nice view tho

I’ve really enjoyed living at Everson Apartments. Overall, the community is generally quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to relax and focus. One thing I especially appreciate is the variety of engagement opportunities they offer, there’s usually something going on that helps residents feel involved and connected. The free events and giveaways are also a nice bonus and show that they put effort into creating a positive living experience. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
