I have loved every minute this far living at 864! The amenities are great, I have met great people, and I love the gym!!! It’s so close to campus and my Farm house is the cutest! I don’t have enough great things to say about 864!!!

I came in with glass and trash in my yard. I asked maintenance to clean it and they cancelled my request. Additionally I have stumps in my front yard for which a maintenance request was denied as well.

My roommates and I have really liked living here! We have had a pleasant experience with our neighbors and the people in the office. The only issues we have experienced were related to appliance problems. However, maintenance has fixed this for us. We can't wait to live here again next year!
