I took a tour here and was very pleased at the overall look of the property. It was well maintained and had a great charm to it. The ladies in the office showed me around and they were absolutely lovely. I’m looking to move in the coming year but this is exactly where I’ll be applying.

This apartment complex has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any maintenance requests. The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels really safe. My unit is modern, spacious, and the amenities are top-notch. I also appreciate how clean and peaceful the community stays. I’ve lived in a few apartments before, but this one truly feels like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live!

My husband and I have genuinely loved our time living at Concordview Townhomes, and a huge part of what makes this community so wonderful is the exceptional team who manage and maintain the property.
Starting with the leasing office, Kay and Patti are absolutely phenomenal. They are the most professional, friendly, and helpful leasing ladies we have ever encountered. Any time we’ve needed assistance as a resident, their positive attitudes and dedication shine through. Kay handles everything with... efficiency and a smile, making all administrative aspects of living here stress-free!
The maintenance team is equally outstanding. Darrell and Kyle are prompt, skilled, and incredibly courteous. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request (which are rare, as the townhomes are well-maintained), they have addressed it quickly and fixed the issue right the first time. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and that the property is kept in excellent condition. Having such reliable and pleasant maintenance staff like Darrell and Kyle makes a huge difference in the quality of life here.
Overall, Concordview Townhomes is a beautiful, peaceful place to live, and the dedication of the staff—Kay, Patti, Darrell, and Kyle—is what truly elevates it. I highly recommend Concordview to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in a community where you feel truly valued as a resident.
