Everyone in the office are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance staff are always helpful. They try to make sure that the unit and service issues are in good standing. The location is very close to everything, and school.

Skeptical about moving in but near my job and central to plenty around Charlotte. My unit was beautiful and clean. My move in was a breeze, Jesenia the property manager took care of me with professional kindness, made me feel at home. I will recommend this property to family and friends!!

First off when I moved here , I had a HOLE on the floor and they covered it up with CARPET!!! They love to come into your apartment when you are not here. We are paying for trash service and THEY NEVER COME to take the trash. SHOOT OUTS EVERYDAY !!! Don’t move here it’s not worth it !!!

I loved the renovations and the upgrade they did on the apartments. No more carpet! There is tons of storage space. The outside needs a little work. But overall great community and the office staff was amazing. Very helpful and understanding. The application process was smooth and they were great with communication.

Moved here 2 months ago. So far so great. The whole management team (Yessie, Brenda, & Odalis) constantly making sure that all tenants feel home at Highpoint. All application processing stages was super smooth. The management team is very responsive & caring by any means. Great amenities. Great location. Minutes away from Uptown without craziness of Uptown.
