I do not recommend the community. I used to recommend for short term living or to bridge the gap between transiting to a different community being that the prices seemed reasonable and the community itself being decent as far as appearance. However at this point, I do not recommend at all.

The noise level at the community has become horrible. The residents that have moved in within the last year have been very loud, have no respect for the cleanliness of the apartment common areas and hallways, and constantly smoke weed in hallways and balconies. The residents living above me and beside me are extremely rude and loud often hosting parties and blasting loud music during the week until 2/3 am.While the community is dog friendly they allow extremely large dogs to live in small one... bedroom apartments meaning you will hear the dog constantly running, jumping, and barking. Once my neighbor’s dog was barking from 2am to 5pm the next day nonstop and although I contacted management they told me they can’t do anything to control someone’s dog. The parking is awful and most nights if you come home from work late you will be forced to park in a visitor spot far away from your building. The package delivery service is absolutely AWFUL. FETCH delivery service is a scam that needs to be shut down. The only way to receive packages is through them as the leasing office doesn’t accept packages and other delivery services cannot enter the building. Fetch will lose your packages and state they were never received. One day I had 3 packages out for delivery during my set window of 6-9pm and they just never came….the app stated they were delayed and a new time was TBD…There is no phone number for the service so if you have problems the only communication is through email with foreign people who knows how far away. Please please please….if you are looking for somewhere to live choose elsewhere.

My experience so far has been very positive. The staff was attentive and supportive throughout the application process and during move-in. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The building and grounds are clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m satisfied with my move-in experience. My only disappointment was that Google Fiber wasn’t available on my floor, as it would have been my preferred internet option.
Despite that,... I’m happy with the community so far and look forward to a positive living experience.
