My apartment flooded TWICE in one day back in Dec. 2022. MOLD and THE SMELL OF MILDEW WAS EVERYWHERE in my apartment two days later!! My apartment was unlivable! I asked for them to break my lease and they told me that I had to pay 3 months rent upfront to break the lease. When I refused and moved all my stuff out they evicted me. They handled the situation terribly and now I have an eviction on my background.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Me and my family been in this apartment for two days and my car was broken into and attempted to be stolen after taking this information to the front office. They did absolutely nothing they didn’t even offer us a garage for our car. They didn’t offer us half off our rent next month. They didn’t offer us any money back if we wanted to move, they absolutely did nothing. In fact, they told us that if we wanted to move out, we would have to pay them two... months of rent in order to move out and also stated that they are not responsible for their parking lot yet this is their property.
They offer parking garages so that means you offered them for a reason not to mention the officer that came out specifically stated that he comes out here once a day for car, break-ins or attempted car break-ins so the front office people are aware of the things that happened in this neighborhood yet they did not hire any 24 hour security yet they did not get their gates fixed but we are responsible for a $500 deductible to get my car fixed and $200 to get a rental while they sit there and absolutely do nothing but they want their rent money on the first of every month I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I will be calling the news. This is ridiculous. Me and My Husband wants our money back for the remaining of the month. I am a current resident at Waterford Hills Apts. My experience here has been a blessing. The office staff is amazing, they're really care about their residents. They are always doing something for their tenants monthly, they even send out birthday invites to celebrate our birthdays which made me feel special when my birthday came. They are on point with maintanace, if you have issues with your account they are there to assist you. It's nice to have people that really care about us and our... community. I love the location and the staff Nick is awesome, just make sure your car doors are locked, its a comfortable place to live and a good place to call home, if you are wondering to live here you cant go wrong, give it a try its quiet here to, i love it.
