Apartment itself is great! Mild issues from moving in, with weird door issues, but no real major issues. Saw 1 bug when i moved in, and they instantly sprayed. Only issue was consistent issues with tech related stuff, from maintenance orders to paying rent. would recommend if you want a decent place to live right next to the train line!

My first view of the place and surrounding was just a sight to behold, everything was clean and overall top notch. I enjoyed all my views and walk around the place

Great! Overall a great experience. I would renew my lease and hopefully extend my time here. Beautiful site, nice neighbors, great amenities as well.

So far, I still like it here. There are a few issues. #1. Having inconsiderate neighbors is annoying, loud music coming from your next-door neighbor, the upstairs neighbors having their kids, jumping and running through the apartment at 10, 11 o’clock at night when you’re trying to sleep. #2. We have people with pets that refuse to pick up their dogs poop in the hallways. #3. We have people that leave their trash sitting in the hallway over the weekend, knowing good well pick up is NOT on Friday... and Saturday yet they let it sit out in the hallway and have the whole hall smelling like a dumpster. #4. Residents leaving trash in the parking garage. I believe when management cracks down on these issues I think it would be so much better to enjoy the property.
