I’ve had a really great experience living here. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. Although living at the building was very convenient right across the street from the train building was fairly quiet leasing agents do not complete their job. I moved out back in April and had a roommate take over my lease. She NEVER finished the screening process. It is now December and I found out that I’m still on the lease and I am responsible to pay rent to somewhere I haven’t lived since April 2025 extremely unfair.

We understand... how upsetting it is to discover you’re still listed on a lease after moving out, especially when you made arrangements for a roommate to take over. This is certainly not the experience we want for our residents. Lease transfers and screenings require completion of all required steps before they can be finalized, and we regret that this situation was not clearly communicated or resolved in a timely manner. Please contact our leasing office directly so we can review your account, clarify what occurred, and work toward a resolution. We take concerns like this seriously and want to ensure the matter is handled fairly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Location and price are great, but maintenance requiring external vendors takes ridiculous amounts of time. They should work with other vendors, and it's personally made me watch out for those vendors myself, knowing they aren't very reliable.

Doors key pad need to work. We should be able to have access to lounge after 10 pm. Clean the hallways and ammonites more often and add more guest parking it is not far for us to fight for parking spots
