I’ve had such a great experience living here! The interactions with the staff are always warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and heard.
What I appreciate most is how **quickly and efficiently maintenance issues are handled**. Any time I’ve needed something fixed, the response has been prompt and thorough — it really gives peace of mind.
I also love the effort the team puts into **making the community better for everyone**. From... upkeep to small improvements and events, you can tell they care about the residents and want this to be a place we’re proud to call home.

Verde is n a very good location. All things considered it is good apartment. Besides Valet Trash not picking trash up most of the time and packages getting stolen from mail room, it is good.

The staff are incredible from my experience so far. But it’s the lazy dirty residents that throw trash out their car in the park garage. Like you live here why would you want to see trash everywhere?!!
