I have been living in this apartment for years, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. The building is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive whenever there’s a question or concern. My apartment unit is spacious, with plenty of natural light, good ventilation, and modern fittings, making it comfortable and cozy to live in. I also really appreciate the amenities, including the gym, parking, and 24/7 security, which make daily life... convenient and stress-free. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. While no place is perfect, this apartment strikes a good balance between comfort, safety, and convenience. Awful!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable, bugs in the ice machine the apartment is constantly having water issues, things are constantly being broken and not fixed. I lived here due to it being affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend
