I enjoy the amenities and location, however the ongoing and unresolved noise and safety concerns need to be resolved immediately.

Do not recommend. Building doors and parking lot gates break too often and remain broken for an absurd period of time before fixed. One of the doors to building A has been broken for months now and has yet to be fixed. This has happened several times and each time it’s remained broken for months. Having doors and gates that do not lock contradict the secured buildings and gated community I’m paying for. The dog park is awful. I was told it would be a state of the art dog park, heated salt water... pool, storage rooms on each floor for residents use, residents have not been given access to these storage rooms…the dog park - not just that there is no turf or proper grass maintained but the dirt and stones/gravel or whatever you call the material used for that park is dangerous. It can and has caused harm to the paws of pets. When it rains it’s muddy and disgusting. There’s no bench or water, nothing just a poorly “constructed” and poorly maintained enclosed area they call a dog park. I’ve never seen a luxury complex with such a horrible dog park. The pool which is not heated, nor salt water and the hot tub are poorly maintained and always look dirty and quite unhygienic interfering with me being able to comfortably use them when I want.
