My roommate and I have enjoyed our unit and location. However, getting a hold of management and maintenance to perform routine maintenance has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had issues outstanding for months, emails have been ignored, and no one has made any semblance of an effort to assist us - it’s nothing short of insulting. Between this and the new bars on Bland street making it extremely loud at night, we are glad to be moving somewhere else.

Staff is super helpful! We just moved in and there was a bunch of help. We really like the view as well. Easy to get to everywhere that we would need to go.
