I am a new tenant, and plan to move in later in May 2026. Throughout the apartment search process, the staff at The Sagewood has served as a courteous, informative, and relational source of information and assistance. When I toured the grounds, everything looked amazing, the prices are reasonable, can't wait to move in later this Year!

Dirty, bad management, not maintenance just to name a few . Low quality .
I been living here for about 4 years and see the difference in quality thru the years , every year is worse than the others.
No a good grounds keeping , high rent for the community, no worth your money

The community is in a great location, but my recent experience with maintenance has been disappointing. Work orders were marked complete without being resolved, and follow-up has been lacking. There is clear opportunity for improvement in communication and service quality.

I have had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I have had any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The amenities are in good condition, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to others
