The Rowe is beautiful and unique community, one of the best I’ve ever lived in, definitely one of the best places to live in Charlotte. The management and maintenance staff are truly a great team, very personable and always go above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents, we couldn’t ask for a better team.

I love living here! The building is modern, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment feels high-quality and the location is perfect. Couldn’t be happier with my new home!

Love this apartment complex. The Rowe has one of the best views in Charlotte, great amenities as well! Crystal and the leasing team were super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking.

Moving into my new place was a smooth and welcoming experience. The space is beautiful, spacious, bright, and already feels like home. I truly appreciate how helpful and attentive the staff have been, they made the entire process easy and stress-free.
