This property truly stands out in every way. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything from dining and shopping to entertainment.
Joseph, in particular, made a lasting impression. He was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of care and professionalism.

The Rowe is one of the best properties you want to live at. Starting from the leasing team. Joesph and Crystal are so welcoming. They provide a place worth living. Scott and Hagen are the absolute best, making you feel right at home. Lease at the Rowe because why would you want to live anywhere else ?!

The Rowe is beautiful and unique community, one of the best I’ve ever lived in, definitely one of the best places to live in Charlotte. The management and maintenance staff are truly a great team, very personable and always go above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents, we couldn’t ask for a better team.
