I’ve lived at the Mint for over five years now and it gets better and better. Great staff who are always attentive, responsive, kind and fun to chat with and they always schedule fun and yummy activities- friendly neighbors, and excellent location! I love living at The Mint 425

My first year here, was very good. I enjoyed going to tenant and staff gatherings. I signed my new lease for 10 months (partner and I), now it’s a regret! I still enjoy the amenities as well as some of the people that I’ve met but there’s some things recently that I haven’t been too happy with. My partner and I refuse to reside where we’re not being treated as an equal, after the first year. We are working individuals, respectful and we bother no one. Hopefully things get better cause if not; we... are moving.
