This apartment building has spacious apartments and great staff. It is also located right next to the baseball stadium in uptown Charlotte.For the location and price point, you will not find a better place.

Having trouble establishing renters insurance . It is showing me I don’t have a Unit number available. Otherwise things have been good. A lot of messages from Updater that can get confusing but for the most part manageable

Living in my apartment has been a great experience. From the first day I moved in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has plenty of natural light, making it a relaxing place to live. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the staff has responded quickly and fixed the problem without delay. The location is also very convenient because it is close to grocery stores, restaurants,... parks, and public transportation. I enjoy spending time in the community amenities, especially the fitness center and outdoor seating areas. Overall, living in this apartment has been enjoyable because it provides comfort, safety, and convenience. It has truly felt like home, and I appreciate the positive environment and the excellent service provided by the management team.

I move in early July and the team was extremely helpful and super nice with the application and leasing process! I had Damon helping me most of the time. They are extremely diligent and know what they’re talking about.

The Mint 425 is clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. A 5 minute commute to work that avoids the traffic coming into the city each day. Just 2 blocks from great dining, the Bank of America stadium, Truist Field, and the Spectrum Center. Management team is always friendly and responsive.
