Hate the elevators are so slow, but that’s small potatoes. It’s quiet , generally clean , & the neighbors I have met are decent . Office & maintenance stay on top of things. Good team

I have been a tenant at Mint 425 for 10 months. I enjoy being a tenant. The lease staff and concierge are very helpful and nice. Any issues that I’ve had, the lease team gets right on top of it! ??

I really enjoy living at MINT 425. The staff is so friendly and I love the amenities. A calendar of events is posted in the lobby every month and they have food trucks that come out with delicious food items. Living at MINT 425, you’re supposed by lots of things to do!

So far so good! The staff is super friendly. Cole has gone above and beyond! Maintenance has been responsive, and I feel really safe here as a woman.
