Very impressed with Office personnel professionalism and positive attitude.

I truly enjoyed my time at Lake House on Wylie and will definitely miss the community. Overall, my experience was very positive. The accommodations were great, the leasing staff was always helpful and professional, and the maintenance team was consistently responsive and on point. The community was also well maintained and clean, and I really enjoyed the amenities offered throughout my stay.

There are a couple of areas where I believe improvements could make the resident experience even better.... The package room is still a work in progress and, at times, can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate, but I believe that can improve with time and better organization.

My biggest criticism would be the LMS parking service. In my opinion, that contract should be reconsidered entirely in favor of a more professional and resident-friendly parking/towing service. The experience with LMS did not reflect the otherwise high level of professionalism I experienced throughout the rest of the community.

Outside of those concerns, Lake House on Wylie has been a great place to call home. I appreciate the leasing and maintenance teams and everyone who helped make my stay enjoyable. All in all, it is a great community, and it will certainly be missed. Read More

Following a system failure in January, we have been dealing with indoor conditions that make it extremely difficult to remain in the apartment.
Despite service attempts, the issue remains unresolved. To illustrate the severity of the situation:
• In January, the indoor temperature dropped to 57°F due to lack of proper heating.
• In June, the indoor temperature soared to 88°F due to the lack of functional cooling. Took six months and endless chasing just to get a January problem solved in July.... Completely unacceptable. Read More
