The kitchen looks terrific. Every area of the unit is great. My patio is perfect. Living in this unit is a delight.

I was impressed after my visit. The community is older however it is very well kept.
The staff are all very kind and helpful. The ladies in the office are nice, Trinisha was helpful & knowledgeable during my visit.
I am not looking to move until next year, but if this group of people are still here, I will for sure be back.

I have read many reviews on this property, Both good & bad. I was skeptical at 1st but I decieded to check them out for myself. I have lived her for a while now and I must say this most recent team of folks at The Harlowe are good people They are helpful, understanding and they know what they are doing. I think the new maintenance supervisor Starlin is maybe one of the best supervisors they have had here. And Trinisha has been a joy to work with as well.
My advice, Check out this community for... yourself. I am serious about where I lay my head and I feel this was a good move thus far. The improvements are definitley noticed.

I lived here for 1 year. The model unit is nothing like the actual units. We had 4 leaks, one of which caused us to leave the apartment for 5 days due to the mildew issues. The old manager worked to get issues resolved by prorating rent, but the new manager would not. The flooring laminate was terrible and they did not replace it until the last major flood. The only reason they repaired it was due to several apartments in my unit getting an issue. They have gone through several maintenance men... all of which have not known how to fix issues.
