I enjoy living at the Brook. My apartment is very nice and I love the trees and the landscape. The pool and the gym are great. The management and the maintenance crew are the best we have had. It is convenient to stores and I feel safe going out at night by myself. Greystar is a very good property manager, and I appreciate that.

The Brook is a very quiet community. There is little to no disturbance and the residents are friendly. It is in a prime location that gives residents access to businesses, schools and activities.

I’ve truly enjoyed my time living here. The community is peaceful, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the staff have been consistently kind, attentive, and responsive. It’s rare to find a place that feels so welcoming and comfortable every day. I’m very grateful to call this community home and would highly recommend it to others.

I just signed my 14th lease at the Brook, and I can finally say I feel peaceful in my home. We have had some rough years with management. The new management company Greystar, the complex management team, and the maintenance team are the best we have ever had. What a difference that makes. Our pool is open this year, and the leasing office and gym have also been renovated. It is a nice property, and I love my 2-bedroom apartment. I can recommend the Brook as a very nice place to live.
